Provider Relief Fund Phase 4 Application Deadline

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), through the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), has announced a new application cycle for $25.5 billion in COVID-19 provider funding (Phase 4). The application for the funds is open now, and will close on October 26, 2021 at 8:59 p.m. PT (11:59 p.m. ET).
