Community Health 

Health doesn’t start at the clinic door—it starts in the community. Through our Community Health Initiative, the SCCMA Foundation supports broad-based efforts that build trust, improve access, and foster collaboration between healthcare providers and the people they serve.

Our goals include:

  • Supporting grassroots public health outreach in underserved communities

  • Funding culturally responsive health education and prevention programs

  • Building partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and local leaders

  • Promoting initiatives that reduce health disparities and elevate equity

By working hand-in-hand with the communities of Santa Clara County, we can create lasting impact where it matters most: where people live, learn, work, and heal.
