SANTA CLARA COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT UNVEILS STRATEGIC PLAN 2023-2026
The County of Santa Clara Public Health Department’s 2023-2026 Strategic Plan sets the direction for the organization for the next three years. The objectives and strategies laid out provide a roadmap that will help achieve their mission to protect and improve the health and well-being of the community. It also helps to prioritize resources like budgets, staff, and time spent on projects. Read more about the Department and their mission and core values. After being in emergency mode for so many years due to COVID, we’re all grateful to have the opportunity to broaden the focus once more to core public health functions. They have much exciting work to look forward to in the next three years, all of which will support their mission to protect and improve the health and well-being of the community.
