Changes in Burnout and Satisfaction With Work-Life Integration in Physicians and the General US Working Population Between 2011 and 2020

Link | PDF  A new study conducted by the American Medical Association, Stanford University, and the Mayo Clinic evaluates the prevalence of burnout and satisfaction with work-life integration among physicians and U.S. workers in 2020 relative to 2011, 2014, and 2017. The study, which was published in the Mayo Clinic Proceedings, shows that burnout and satisfaction with work-life integration among U.S. physicians improved between 2017 and 2020.
